Leading our meal prep operations is Vice President & Executive Chef Roman Trujillo, overseeing regional and nationwide production. Every meal is made fresh, using locally sourced proteins and produce, and authentic spices from their countries of origin. We believe in proper nutrition—so we absorb the cost of doing it right, not you.
